Data Workflows supports recurring, on-demand, and real-time account enrichment flows. This document provides example steps for how to use the Account Enrichment templates to create a workflow that enriches accounts.

Create a new account enrichment Data Workflow
To create a new account enrichment workflow:
- From the application picker at the top right, select Data Workflows.
- From the Data Workflows menu on the left, select Data Workflows.
- Select Create.
- Browse the enrichment templates and select Start for one of them, such as Enrich CRM Accounts.
The Create Workflow popup opens.
- Name your workflow.
- Select a schedule, either:
- Daily Recurring (data pipeline completion): the workflow runs each evening after the 6sense data pipeline updates.
- Weekly Recurring (data pipeline completion): the workflow runs every week on your specified day after the 6sense data pipeline updates.
- On-demand: the workflow runs only once after it is published, when you use the Workflows > Workflows List > Actions > Run Now option.
- Real-time: the workflow triggers when a new record is detected. Refer to Real-time CRM Syncs.
- If you chose a recurring option, pick a Start date. Select to either start the workflow immediately after it is published, or on a specific date.
- If you chose a recurring option, pick an End date. Select to create either a workflow that runs indefinitely or specify a termination date.
- Select the Start From.
- Select the Source System.
- Click Save.
The canvas opens, showing the name of your new workflow, the data object it is using, the schedule setting, a link to edit its name or schedule, and its publication status.
Set up the start and action nodes
The On-demand Account Enrichment template has two nodes.
- Start Node: The start node, labeled “Account”, represents the data includes all accounts in the CRM that you previously chose in the Create Workflow popup.
To filter the start node’s set of accounts to a smaller group, add a decision node between the start and enrich action nodes, as described in the next section. - Enrich Action Node: The Enrich CRM Accounts node, labeled “Enrich Accounts”, has settings that include a mapping profile.

To view the template’s Enrich CRM Accounts node:
- Select the Enrich CRM Accounts node.
Its edit menu appears. - Select its Edit (pencil) icon.
The Enrich Accounts properties panel opens and displays the templates settings.

Add a decision node to filter accounts
Add a decision node to filter the accounts that you want to enrich. Refer to Data Workflows Decision Nodes.
- From the right menu, select and drag a decision node to the canvas and drop it on the start node.
- Select the decision node.
- Select its Edit (pencil) icon.
The Edit Condition panel opens lists fields for which 6sense has access. - Select Add Condition.
- Use the filters to limit enrichments to records created after a certain date.
- Add another condition to select only partners as the Account Type.

Preview the accounts to be enriched
To see a preview list of the accounts that are enriched when the workflow runs, refer to Preview a Data Workflow.
Publish the workflow
When you’re satisfied with the preview and are ready to run the workflow, select Publish.
The workflow runs according to its scheduled settings.
Find information about results of the workflow
To see information about the workflow:
- Go to the Data Workflows list.
- For the relevant workflow, go to its Run History column and select View.
The Run History popup opens and lists the dates of the previous runs and their status.
